How do I remove an aftermarket emblem on a car without affecting the paint/body?

Frequently, these aftermarket emblems are attached to the car with a flexible glue. Try heating up the item you want to remove with your wife/girlfriend's hair dryer, and see if you can just peel it off.How do I remove an aftermarket emblem on a car without affecting the paint/body?

Verrrry carefully. If it is a ';glue on'; type, which is usually the case, there are spray ';adhesive removers'; available. READ the labels carefully though, it must state ';safe for painted surfaces';!!!
There's a product called Goo begone which ought to remove any sticky residue.
Good luck... these are tough to do properly.
Use a hair drier. Warm a large area around the emblem. Concentrate the heat to the emblem %26amp; gently peal off. Works well for decals too.
