Any auto or paint and body workers out there?

My headlights on my car are turning yellow and my car isnt even that old, what do I use to clean them with to make them clear again, it doesnt work with just regular soap and water, and what causes this?? How do I prevent it?Any auto or paint and body workers out there?
you are going to have to buff the bejesus out of them to make them clear again. use a high quality wax.

or you can use 2000 grit sand paper to remove the oxidation from the lens.

those headlights suck. they use plexi glass for most of the older head light lenses, older meaning, after they stopped using glass ones.

plexi glass doesnt last very long in the sun.

now a days they are using a much better plastic called lexan.

good **** too.Any auto or paint and body workers out there?
Most auto parts stores carry a product to help.
Plexiglas's will scratch easilly. use a non abrasive Plexiglas's cleaner, then Polish with a cream wheel cleaner, polish

such as blue magic.
