Get some cream stage makeup and makeup sealant (mehron or ben nye).
Liquid latex is not really meant for painting yourself, it's meant for building up scars and soforth.
Use something MEANT to be used on a human body, that allows your skin to breathe. Otherwise it could kill you, seriously.
