Were can I get it? I need blue, and what is a kind that will not rub off on everything that touches it. I need it for my hubby's torso and face. Has anyone had ANY experience with it? Go to the Arts and Crafts department of Kmart. Use that regular .89 cent paint that comes in cute little bottles. It is washable and comes out really easy.
