If it's latex, scrub it off with some soap and a nail brush.
Paint thinner will loosen and remove paint on skin. Then wash w/soap+water
paint remover or gasoline, then soap an water
Take a shower and wash it with soap and your cells come off to and you can also scratch it off
white spirit
soap and water
Baby Oil, rub it on let it soak in for a few minutes then jump in the shower or get a wash cloth with warm soapy water and it wil wip off easily, no scrubing no chemicals works for all types of paint. Have a Terrific Day
