If what you said is true, anything over the $4k mark because of the low mileage of 30k. You just don't find vehicals that old with that low of miles on them in real good shape. Don't listen to people that don't know. They will beat you out of a deal like that. Trust me. Advertise it at $4k everywhere with the original miles of 30k on it. It'l sell, it may take a bit.
