What is the best way to paint your body entirely grey with no fear of the dye running or difficulty breathing?

My girlfriend and I are cosplaying as Jasdevi from D.Gray-Man, and we need to find the easiest way to do the full body grey colouring.





I know that we need body paint, but does anyone know what type would be best? We're taking into account the possibilities of it being hard to breathe, the paint running, minor setbacks like that.
