I already have a compressor. I am looking for a cheap one that is good for beginners. What would be the best beginner air brush to use to paint the body of my RC car?
I'm partial to Paasche VL Double Actions: http://www.paascheairbrush.com/double_ac鈥?/a>
I've heard good thinks about Aztek: http://www.testors.com/category/136951/A鈥?/a>
I wouldn't miss trying Tamiya's spray-paints specially formated for the polycarbonate RC car bodies: http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/categor鈥?/a>
I've been using Paasche brushes for almost 30 years now. What would be the best beginner air brush to use to paint the body of my RC car?
I'm partial to Badger airbrushes, have used them for 25+ years. I use a
150 IL, you can get those on ebay fairly cheap. They are double action, you can control the paint better than with a single action brush. The 350 is a good starter brush, but it is single action.
I to am a r/c car and truck freak,i love my T-MAXX 3.3,anyway i bought this one.Plus check out all their paints and what not.I painted mine it turned out ok for my little experience.Good luck and have fun, also practice on card board before shooting it.That's what i did.
