How do i remove the primer spots from the painted body of a car (without scratching the paint)?

It's called ';NU FINISH'; the once a year car polish. It comes in an orange plastic bottle with a white top.How do i remove the primer spots from the painted body of a car (without scratching the paint)?
use some kerosene or paint thinner.
