I'm having a birthday party and want to have some nontoxic body paint that will last at least 4 hours. I don't have a black light so it has to glow on its own, this will be at night. I don't have time to buy it online either. I was looking on how to make it and read I could use glow in the dark powder with clear paint, does anyone know where I can obtain this?
