I don't know how old you are, but some adult novelty stores sell black light reactive body safe paints. Do not cut open glow sticks and use the liquid from them. It's phosphorescent mixed with hydrogen peroxide to create a chemical reaction and can be highly dangerous if released from the protective tube. It could cause, at the very least, a nasty allergic reaction to the skin.
