Where can I find non-toxic blue body paint (or liquid latex) in NZ, quickly?

I'm dressing up for Halloween as smurfette and obviously, smurfs are blue and I need some sort of body paint for that. I have really sensitive skin and I'm painting my face as well, so I'm trying to find some cheap blue body paint (or liquid latex). As Halloween is only in 2 days, I need this REALLY quickly so I can't afford to buy it online or anything.

go to a craft store or even a body paint and accessory store. They should have a ton of stuff. Especially in a craft store. They sell so much non-toxic paint it would be hard for you not to find it.Where can I find non-toxic blue body paint (or liquid latex) in NZ, quickly?
