How can I remove strain from my fridge's body & re-paint it well , with least efforts , regardless expenses?

Stain or strain?? If it's a stain, wash with TSP (tri-sodium-phosphate). Sand the whole fridge the give the new paint a good grip. To look decent you'll have to spray it. There are some epoxy appliance paints in spray cans that do come out nice. I used it on a range hood. My father-in-law painted his fridge copper colored with a roller. Mother-in-law told hime to get a new one or move out. He was drinking at the time...
