i'm going to a neon/uv rave party soon %26amp; i don't have the cash to spend on expensive body paints %26amp; such. do highlighter pens work as well as proper products? also, are there any good sites to get cheap glow/uv/neon items?Do highlighter pens work just as well as UV or neon body paint under UV lights?
